Our Story
Workflow Automation Expert was founded by Anis Misaghi, a systems-driven operator whose career was forged through resilience, reinvention, and relentless pursuit of operational excellence.
Before launching the company, Anis spent over a decade building, scaling, and optimizing businesses across healthcare, real estate, and e-commerce. As a solo parent raising his daughter Stella, he developed a deep respect for structure, clarity, and time. Every hour mattered. Every inefficiency had a cost.
Through his 17 year work as a Chief Operating Officer for multiple fast-growing companies, Anis saw a consistent problem: most businesses were scaling chaos. Teams were overworked. Processes lived in people’s heads. Results were inconsistent, and growth was reactive. He knew there was a better way.
That’s when Workflow Automation Expert was born.
Combining automation tools like Zapier, Process Street, Airtable, GoHighLevel, and Make with strategic frameworks like EOS and OKRs, Anis began building custom workflows that gave founders and operators the systems they needed to scale—without burning out their teams.
